Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter, melted - ⅓ cup
• Granulated sugar - ¾ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
• Heavy cream - 1 cup

• Fresh strawberries, sliced - 2 cups

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

   In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar.

   Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.

   Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

   In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.

   Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, and beat until the mixture is thick and creamy.

   Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

   Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream layer.

   Warm the strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the strawberries.
