Ingredients

• Ground chicken - 1 pound
• Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
• Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup, grated
• Egg - 1, beaten
• Salt - 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
• Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
• Dinosaur-shaped cookie cutters - as needed
• Cooking spray - as needed

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

   Roll out the chicken mixture on a flat surface to about 1/2 inch thickness.

   Use dinosaur-shaped cookie cutters to cut out nuggets from the chicken mixture.

   Place the dinosaur-shaped nuggets on the prepared baking sheet.

   Lightly spray the nuggets with cooking spray to help them crisp up.

   Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through.

   Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
