Ingredients

• Unsalted butter - ½ cup
• Brown sugar - 2 cups
• Milk - ½ cup
• Peanut butter - ¾ cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Powdered sugar - 3 ½ cups

Instructions

   Grease an 8-inch square pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

   In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

   Stir in the brown sugar and milk, and bring to a boil.

   Allow the mixture to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

   Gradually add in the powdered sugar, beating with a wooden spoon until smooth and well combined.

   Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

   Let the fudge cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.

   Cut into squares and serve.
