Ingredients

• Granulated sugar - 2 cups
• Water - ½ cup
• Butter - 2 tablespoons
• Honey - 2 tablespoons
• Roasted hazelnuts - 1 cup, chopped
• Salt - ¼ teaspoon

Instructions

   Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

   In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, butter, and honey.

   Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

   Increase heat to high and cook without stirring until the syrup turns golden brown.

   Remove from heat and quickly stir in hazelnuts and salt.

   Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it thinly.

   Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces.
