Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a donut pan.

   In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

   In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

   Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

   Fill the donut pan cavities about 3/4 full with the batter.

   Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

   Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

   For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.

   Once the donuts are completely cool, dip the tops into the glaze.
