Ingredients

• Water - 1 cup
• Unsalted butter - ½ cup
• Salt - ¼ teaspoon
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup
• Eggs - 4 large
• Heavy cream - 1 cup
• Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Dark chocolate - 4 ounces
• Milk - ¼ cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt; bring to a boil.

   Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.

   Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth.

   Pipe or spoon small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

   Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

   Cool completely on a wire rack.

   For the filling, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

    For the sauce, melt chocolate with milk over low heat until smooth.

    Split the profiteroles and fill with whipped cream.

    Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
