Ingredients

• Water - 1 cup
• Unsalted Butter - ½ cup
• All-purpose Flour - 1 cup
• Salt - ¼ teaspoon
• Eggs - 4 large
• Heavy Cream - 2 cups
• Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
• Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
• Dark Chocolate - 200 grams
• Whole Milk - ½ cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt; bring to a boil.

   Remove from heat and stir in flour until a smooth dough forms.

   Transfer dough to a mixing bowl; beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.

   Spoon or pipe small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet.

   Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden. Let cool completely.

   Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

   Cut profiteroles in half and fill with whipped cream.

   Melt dark chocolate with milk in a double boiler until smooth.

    Drizzle chocolate sauce over filled profiteroles and serve immediately.
