Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter - ¼ cup, melted
• Cream cheese - 24 ounces, softened
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Eggs - 3 large
• Sour cream - 1 cup
• Dark chocolate - 4 ounces, melted

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

   Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined.

   Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

   In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

   Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Mix in the sour cream until fully incorporated.

   Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.

   Drizzle half of the melted chocolate over the cream cheese layer.

   Add the remaining cream cheese mixture and drizzle with the remaining melted chocolate.

    Use a knife to gently swirl the chocolate into the cream cheese layers.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

    Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
