Ingredients

• Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2 cups
• Peanuts - 1 cup
• Sea salt - ½ teaspoon

Instructions

   Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

   Stir in the peanuts until they are fully coated with chocolate.

   Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate peanut mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

   Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster.

   Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the clusters are set.

   Enjoy or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
