Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 3 cups
• Granulated sugar - 2 cups
• Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Unsalted butter - 1 cup, softened
• Eggs - 4 large
• Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
• Milk - 1 cup
• Powdered sugar - for dusting

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

   In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

   In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Stir in the vanilla extract.

   Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, starting and ending with flour.

   Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.

   Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

   Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

    Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
