Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter, melted - ¼ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 24 oz
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Eggs - 3
• Sour cream - ½ cup
• Blueberry preserves - ½ cup
• Fresh blueberries - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

   In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

   In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until smooth.

   Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

   Warm blueberry preserves slightly and swirl into the cream cheese mixture using a toothpick.

   Sprinkle fresh blueberries on top.

   Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly wobbly.

   Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
